Form data collected

The public contact form collects the information entered by the user, including name, email, investor type, transaction stage, investment type, capital-at-risk range, Vietnamese-party involvement, document availability, decision needed and the submitted message.

Purpose

Form and email information is used to conduct an initial conflict check, assess scope, determine whether the requested service is suitable, respond to the inquiry and maintain necessary communication records. Do not submit confidential, privileged or sensitive documents through the public form.

Analytics and cookies

No visitor analytics provider is currently configured by the website. The site includes dormant event hooks that do not transmit analytics data unless a provider is configured. Hosting and security infrastructure may still process standard technical request information. This page will be updated if analytics or non-essential cookies are introduced.

Storage and retention

The contact endpoint does not create a website database or retain a separate submission copy. Valid submissions are sent through the configured email delivery provider to the designated mailbox. Email and related records may be retained as reasonably necessary for conflict checking, communication, recordkeeping or legal obligations. Any commissioned review is subject to its written engagement terms.

Third-party processors

Vercel provides website hosting and serverless function processing. Resend is the configured email delivery provider when production credentials are enabled. The destination email provider also processes delivered inquiries. Additional specialists or service providers receive information only where appropriate to an agreed scope or required by law.

Access or deletion requests

To request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information associated with an inquiry, privacy-related requests may be submitted through the Contact page. A request may be subject to identity verification and applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations.
